Gofun Company has created the advanced automatic UHT tubular sterilizer by learning high technology and the own industry experiences. This tubular sterilizer is widely used for the natural fruit juice, fruit pulp, drink, milk and other liquid products.
Features:
1. Main structure with SUS 304 stainless steel.
2. Combined Italian technology and conform to Euro-standard.
3. Great heat exchange area, low energy consumption and easy maintenance.
4. Adopt mirror welding tech and keep the smooth pipe joint.
5. Auto backtrack if not enough sterilization.
6. All the junction and joint with steam protection.
7. Liquid level and temp controlled on real time.
8.Separate control panel, PLC and human machine interface.
9. CIP and auto SIP available together with aseptic bag filler
Working principle:
Put the product from a storage tank mounted for the sterrilizer into the heat exchanger unit.
Heat the product by superheated water till the sterilizing temp and hold the product under the temp fot sterilizing the product,then cool down into filling temperature by cooling water or chilled water.
Before each production shift, sterilize in place the system with aseptic filler together by superheated water.
After each production shift, clean in place the system with aseptic filler together by hot water, alkali liquid and acid liquid.
