1. This filling line is specially suitable for 3-5gallons barreled drink water.

3. Multifunctional, bottle washing, filling and capping, three in one.
4. The production line is equipped with a water spray device and the washing nozzle adopts American spray system technology to ensure the disinfection and cleaning of the bottle cap and the barrel.
5. In order to achieve the purpose of washing and sterilizing, the machine use multi-washing liquid spray and thimerosal spray(this thimerosal can be used circularly).
6. It also can automatically carry the barrel, washing, sterilizing, filling, capping, counting and products discharging.
7. This is a new type of barreled water automatic production line, which combines electric power and pneumatic technology, with complete functions, novel design and high degree of automation.

A:We normally make voltage into 220V/50HZ/Single phase or 380V/50HZ/Three Phase.But it can be made accourding to clients' demand, like 110V/60HZ/Three phase.
Q4, Do you have manual with the machine?
A:Yes, of course. It is in English version.
Q5, Can you offer us the necessary paper to do the customs clearance?
A:Yes, of course. We will send you the commercial invoice, sales contract, packing list, bill of lading(FOB or CFR, CIF terms), insurance policy (if CIF terms), also CO, FORM E if you need.
