The automatic brine injection machine can evenly inject the pickling agent prepared with brine and auxiliary materials into the meat, shortening the pickling time and greatly improving the taste and export rate of meat products. This machine has rigorous design, reasonable structure and easy operation. It is an ideal equipment in the process of meat products processing.
Features
1. This machine adopts high-quality stainless steel material, selects stainless steel pump, uses frequency conversion speed regulation, reasonable design and easy maintenance.
2. The injection pressure of this machine can be adjusted between 0.1-0.6MPa according to different products. The pressure gauge shows the injection pressure intuitively and conveniently.
3. The machine is equipped with an automatic needle protection device. When the injection needle hits a hard object, the injection needle will be lifted up to avoid damage.
4. Equipped with a feed water filter, so that the brine pump will not be blocked during the feed water circulation process. The circulation system is equipped with a stabilizing energy storage device to ensure stable injection pressure.
5. In addition to meat processing, this machine can also be used for injection processing of fish, sea cucumbers, poultry and other products by changing the needle.
6. The machine adopts a waterproof computer control panel, which is easy to operate and easy to clean.
