Pasteurizer is a new product with sterilization and cooling, which is successfully developed by our company in combination with the production process of domestic food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries by absorbing foreign advanced technology.
This series of sterilizer and cooler is made of high-quality food grade stainless steel, which has the characteristics of
beautiful appearance, convenient operation and maintenance. The temperature can be automatically controlled within 60-98 degrees, make it easier to control the product quality. It’s fully conforms to GMP, HACCP certification requirements, sanitary and efficient, is the ideal equipment of food processing industry.

Aluminum silicate is used for thermal insulation for the equipment, and a circulating water pump is installed to recycle the
overflow water in the cooling pool to the pasteurization equipment for recycle use. The water in the cooling pool is transferd to
the pasteurizer to save the heating time and energy lost.

The single layer of mesh belt is made of stainless steel, packed food placed on it to enter into the sterilization box in
