Introduction:

This is the small and medium scale peanut/nuts butter production line, the production process is simple, easy to operate. The details of main process of peanut butter production line is as below:

Roasting:  Roaster’s working temperature is 200~210C, 20~30minutes.  

Cooling:  Peanut will be sent to cooling belt for cooling.

Peeling:  Put the roasted peanuts into peeler to take off the red skin.

Grinding:  Using fine grinding machine, the fineness of grinding is controlled below 7um, temperature of grinding is controlled below 68C.

Cooling:  Settling down in the storage tank till the temperature drop to below 45C.  

Blending:  To make the butter more homogeneous.

Degassing:  Take out the air from the peanut butter.

Filling:  Filling the finished peanut butter into 200~1000g bottles/jars or other packages.
