FRP pultrusion process:
The yarns,other continuous fiberglass materials and polyester mat fixed on the support will be pulled into resin for dipping,go across the hot mould to form the special profiles automatically.
FRP pultrusion&winding process:
In the case of ensuring the tensile strength,this process could increase the bending strength and rigidity to improve the whole strength.It is also good to increase the length/diameter ratio and decrease weight.Winding angle could be adjusted as client’s requirement to optimize the
product design.
