Product Overview:
Metal sealing track ball valve is suitable for petrochemical, LIQUEFIED petroleum gas storage, oil refinery, natural gas, compressor system, oil and gas transmission pipeline, light industry, textile and other industries.
Product features:
1. No friction between opening and closing. This function completely solves the traditional valve due to friction between sealing surfaces and affect the sealing problem.
2. Jacket structure. The valve installed on the pipeline can be directly online inspection and maintenance. It can effectively reduce device shutdown and production cost.
3. Single seat design. The problem that the medium in the valve cavity is affected by abnormal pressure boost is eliminated.
4. Low torque design. The valve stem with special structure design can be easily opened and closed only with a small hand wheel valve.
5. Wedge sealing structure. The valve is sealed by the mechanical force provided by the stem, pressing the ball wedge against the seat. The sealing performance of the valve is not affected by the change of pipeline pressure difference, and the sealing performance is guaranteed reliably under various working conditions.
6. Self-cleaning structure of sealing surface. When the ball tilts away from the seat, the flow in the pipeline passes evenly 360° along the sealing surface of the ball. It not only eliminates the local scouring of the seat by high-speed fluid, but also washes away the accumulation on the sealing surface to achieve the purpose of self-cleaning.
