1.Rotary die cutting station
This station is used for rotary die cutting ,it need install the magnetic cylinder together with flexible die ,
so it can die cut .
2.Magnetic cylinder and flexible die
This is optional parts , it should be customized based on your products .the girth of magnetic cylinder can be range from
1748-470mm . Flexible die should be made according to your drawings .
3.Slitting unit

This machine is standard equipped with 8 sets of slitting blades , The minimum slitting width is 20mm .
4.Material unwinding air shaft
Material unwinding air shaft for automatic blank label rotary die cutting machine ,it supports a simple material roll with
light weight .better less than 40KG ,this shaft is connected with EPC system ,it can move left or right to keep material
at straight line
5.EPC photo cell
This machine is equipped with two sets of photo cells . It can sensor the edge of roll material ,make sure the material
goes in straight line into die cutting station .
6.Discharge waste roller
This machine is equipped with dischage waste roller with motor .
The speed and power is adjustable ,and discharge direction is changeable too .It's easy to discharge the waste material .
7.Control panel
You can control every functions in this control panel , the length ,piece quantity ,tension of each shaft ,die cutting speed ,
EPC system ,etc . It's convenient for workers to operate the machine .
8.Magnetic tension control
All the shafts for unwinder and rewinder are magnetic tension brake and clutch .
It's easy to control the tension at control panel .
9.Discharge waste air blower
This air blower is for trimming the edge of finished rolls . When slitting ,you need trim the edge by slitting blade ,and the waste
can be blow out of the machine by this air blower .
