1.Unwinding unit

Usage : 

The unwind station is composed of one station for the axial unwinding of the logs.

This unit is equipped with one pneumatic shaft and the pneumatic brake is magnetic tension controlled.

2.EPC system 

Name: Electronic photo cell                                     

Usage : 
These electrical photo cell is used to guide the non neat material .make sure the slitting effect is good  .

Automatic web guide is composed of two photocells and one AC electric actuator which moves left or

right if the material comes out of the path of the photoelectric eyes.

3.Slitting unit 

Name: Slitting blades                                                               Material : 9GrSi 

This machine is standard equipped with 8 sets of slitting blades ,The minimum slitting width is 20 MM ,

if you want to slit smaller width ,you can customize self-locking knives  . It's easy to adjust the slitting

width based on your products .

4.Rewinding unit 

Name: rewinding air shafts  
It's inflatable by air compressor ,convenient to upload and discharge the material ,two rewind

stations are designed to rewind the finished log up to 450 mm in outside diameter.

This unit is equipped with two pneumatic shaft and two magnetic clutch .
