Corrugated cardboard production line is the professional equipment for producing corrugated
cardboard.The 3ply,5ply,7plyand multifunction corrugated cardboard production line mainly
consists of the following equipment:mill roll stand , surface papercorepaperpreheater. single facer,
the overhead convey bridge . glue pastingmachine, double facers . slitter scorer, cutoff, stacker.
Heating system , air compression system and glue making system,etc.The 3ply,5ply,7plyand
multifunction corrugated cardboard productiong line has high middle and low grade with different
specification and differentquality equipment. On the base of understanding the requirements of the
customers and the advanced skills at home and abroad, our company has developed and designed
these corrugated paperboard production lines with the speed 150/220m/min , the paper width 1400/
2200mm and four fluting UV type A, C , B ,E for all the customers to choose from.
Mill roll stand
1.The sturctcure is double rotary shafts with four arms;Support two paper mill rolls on both arms at the same time.
2.Hydraulic control for paper mill roller up-down,clamp-open and centering,or motorized clamp-open and centering.
3.Web tension is controlled by pneumatic disc brake
4.; Springiness chucks are optional.
5.Effective width: 1400mm-2500mm;Max paper roll diameter:1500mm
6.Maximum support weight:2.5-3.5T
Pre-Heater
1.Diameter of pre-heater roll:900mm,1000mm
2.Effective width1400-2500mm
3.Electromotion heating angle adjustment .Adjustable range of 60°-240°
4.Surface of all rollers are well treated by grind and plated hard chrome , it is glabrous and durable.
5.Adopt dishing seal or plat design. Insure rolling paper be heated evenly.
6.Simple , duplex, triplex or quadplex preheater according to requirement.
Cut off machine
1.Design speed:100m/min.
2.Paper cutting range:600-2600mm
3.Cutting off precision :±0.5mm
4.Effective width:1600mm
5.there are clearance adjustment set and gear parallel set at the gear between the edge roller,
thereby ensure to move placidly, improve precision.
6.Adopt double brace speeder , make the edge shaft run in uniform motion, the instantaneous
speed of cutting off edge in working are invariables with the running speed of cardboard.
7.Drive power from main transmission ,good synchronization and high precision cutting.
