Use:
Computer control capillary rheometer is suitable for the determination of thermosetting and hot material in constant pressure, constant speed or the molten state under certain heating rate, a series of data when it is squeezed. Common thermosetting materials such as teflon (PTFE), polystyrene (PS), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), et.
Main Function
This rheometer is controlled by computer,,able to work in constant pressure, constant speed, heating rate, load rate, sectional measurement, all sorts of pressure or by computer measurement specifications capillary extrusion speed at different temperature. Can draw curves of stress strain curve, the plasticizing thermoplastic materials, the determination of softening point, melting point, the temperature of the pour point. Determination of high polymer melt viscosity and viscous flow activation, can also study the melt spinning process conditions.
The machine controlled by computer, record the extrusion speed, pressure and heating temperature, the viscosity number automatic processing, and draw curves, print out a complete report.
