Yes, we are the one of professional and biggest Manufacturer like Environmental Chambers, Industrial Ovens, Universal Tensile Testers, UV Aging Test Chambers, Industrial Muffle Furnaces, Paper Packing Testers, Plastic Rubber Testers, Adhesive testers and other testing Equipment.. in China .Every machines purchasing from our factory has 12 months warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance. while considering of sea transportation,we can extend 2 months for our customers.
Moreover, If your machine doesn’t work, you can send us an E-mail or call us we will try our best to find the problem through our conversation or by video chat if neccesary. Once we have confirmed the problem, the solution will be offered within 24 to 48 hours.
2. What’s the delivery term?
For our standard machine which means normal machines, we have stock in the warehouse. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines) If you are in urgent need, we will making a special arrangement for you.
3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine which means we offer OEM and ODM service.
