IEC60332 Single Cable Vertical Burning Tester
Cable burning tester used to test the wire and cable under the overheating and other unmoral conditions, the flame redundancy function of the insulation layer.
Use:
1. Accord with GB/T18380.11-2008, GB/T18380.12-2008,
GB/T18380.21-2008,GB/T18380.22-2008,IEC60332-1,GB/T5169.14-2007
2. Using Bunsen burner and specific gas (propane), according to certain flame height and burning angle to flame sample which at a vertical state, to assess its flammability and fire risk. By combustion duration and combustion length, etc.
3. Mainly evaluated flammable performance of the conductor, which diameter is 8mm (cross-sectional area exceeds 0.5 mm2) or less than 8mm (cross-sectional area of less than 0.5 mm2). Suitable for lighting equipment, low voltage electric appliance, household appliances, machine tool appliances, electric motors, electric tools and so on.
Technical parameters:
1. Burner: inner diameter Φ 12mm ±0.5 mm (accord with GB/T18380.11) and Φ9.5mm ± 0.5mm mm (accord with GB/T18380.21) Bunsen burner each one.
2. Obliquity, 45 °
3. Flame height: 20mm ± 2mm to 190mm±1mm adjustable
4. Burn time: 0-999.9s±0.1s adjustable
5. Hold fireworks time: 0-999.9s±0.1s, automatic recording, and manual stop
6. Burning gas: 95% propane (generally can use LPG replaced)
7. Flow pressure: double flow gauge and pressure gauge (gas and air)
8. Temperature range: 0 ~ 1000 ℃
9. Flame temperature requirements: from 100℃±5℃ to 700℃±3℃ time in 45 seconds ±5 seconds
10. Thermocouple: Φ 0.5 mm import thermocouple type (K)
11. Test process: automatic control, no independent convulsions
12. Standard GB/T18380.11-2008, GB/T18380.12-2008, GB/T18380.21-2008, GB/T18380.22-2008
13. Materials: stainless steel
14. Studio size: 300x450x1200mm (0.16 cubic meters), without studio doors
