Test method  :

1 The battery are extruded between two plate, extrusion pressure applies with a diameter of 32 mm piston hydraulic pressure head, extrusion continues to hydraulic pressure head pressure readings reach to 17.2 M Pa, force is about 13 KN. Once reaching the maximum pressure, pressure can relieve.

2 Cylindrical ring prismatic battery needs to make its longitudinal axis parallel to the plane of the extrusion device to bear extrusion. The prismatic battery moves around its vertical axis rotation 90 degrees and places, so that the wide and narrow side can bear to the extrusion pressure. Each sample battery bears pressure as long as in a direction. Each test will use different samples.

3 The coin type or button type battery needs to make the battery plane parallel to the plane of the extrusion device to bear extrusion pressure.
