The battery short circuit explosion-proof test box is used for personal safety protection in battery safety performance test. During overcharge, overdischarge, charge and discharge test and other tests, the battery is placed in the explosion-proof chamber and connected to the external charge anddischarge tester

Technical Parameters:

1, Test chamber size: 300*300*300mm.

2, Outer chamber material: A3 steel plate with baking paint, 15mm thickness; Inner chamber material:SUS#201 stainless steel.

3, Single door with silicone tightening strip, with front view window .

4, Insulation design between each layer can avoid mutual influence test.

5, PVC or Teflon tape shall be placed inside the test box for effective insulation, flame retardant and easy cleaning.

6, There is a separate test panel to control the lighting and exhaust in each test room, one external strong exhaust fan.

7, The door is connected with the chamber by a strong hinge, and the explosion-proof cold handle door lock.
