2 zones or 3 zones Type Thermal Shock Test Chamber
General description:
Thermal shock test chamber is used to test the bearing extent of the material structures and composite material in an instant and continuous high temperature and extremely low temperature environment, which is in the shortest time to test its thermal expansion and contraction caused by chemical change or physical harm. Application objects, including metal, plastic, rubber, electronics and other materials can be used as a basis to improve their products or reference.
Special features:
1.Precision LCD touch panel controller, can display Chinese / English.
2.High formula memory capacity can be set to 120 patterns. The maximum cycle setting is 9999 times. The maximum setting time of each pattern is 9999 hours 59 minutes.
3. Equipped with RS-485C communication interface port, capable of controlling / editing/ recording in the linkage with the computer and two set dynamic connection point and convenient application.
4. Both 2 zone and 3 zone chambers can be chosen. The inner chamber size can be customized as per your request.
5. All systems are fully automatic, and all process are precisely controlled with P.LC' s.
6. If any parts have errors, the machine will automatically shuts down and a warning light switches on.
7. Thermal shock test chamber can be shut down automatically in case of electrical power failure.
