Introduction of Biomass Wood Pellet Mill Machine
Sawdust pellet processing machine is used for made pellets from different kind of biomass materials ,like wood ,rice straw into pellets.
Sawdust pellet fuel is produced by squeezing raw materials such as wood chips, straw, etc., by pressing rollers and ring molds at room temperature. The density of the raw material is generally about 1100 kg/m3, and the density of the formed particles is greater than 1100 kg/m3, which is very convenient for transportation and storage. At the same time, its fuel performance is greatly improved.

The density of raw materials is generally about 0.6-0.8, and the density of particles after molding is greater than 1.1, which is extremely convenient to transport and store. At the same time, its combustion performance is greatly improved,reducing human dependence on petrochemical energy and atmospheric emissions.
