Product description of mill scale chain plate dryer
Mill scale chain plate dryer is used for drying different kinds of briquettes such as coal briquettes, mineral briquettes, fluorite briquettes etc. It is also one of the most important equipment in the briquette production line. It has better drying effect; it could meet the demands of the customers who need to dry the briquettes to a lower moisture level and it could be designed according to the cuostomer requirement.
Advantages of mill scale chain plate dryer:
1) Chain plate dryer could achieve extremely low moisture content, even 2% or less.
2) The series of chain plate dryer adopts multiple air pipes and much air holes to sending the hot air, which enable the hot air evenly touching briquette surface at speed 10-16m/s, much higher thermal utilization and higher speed drying.
3) Material in cabinet body can get effective drying, linear velocity of chain plate is according to the moisture content and material type. The wind flow using negative pressure, ensure effective drying area, uniform wind velocity distribution can imporve the drying effect.
4) Save space: one layer of chain palte dryer plays the role of two layers of normal mesh belt dryer.
