Y strainer screen materials are stainless steel, titanium, and other metal alloys. Its standards are requested according to the filtration medium, commonly the water filtration screen in 18 mesh - 30 mesh, gas filtration screen mesh in 10 mesh - 100 mesh, oils filtration screen mesh in 100 mesh - 480 mesh. Of course, we would like to change the Y strainer screen type and designs according to the client's request.

Strainers are used to clear away impurities and to protect the valve and related equipment

Strainers are used to filter out the unnecessary within a plumbing system. Y strainers are pipe fittings that are used for many applications ranging from cosmetics, to food preparation, diesel engines, and the petroleum industry. They have a filter inside that traps elements within the plumbing system. A foot valve is a type of check valve, which means it flows in one direction, which is coupled with a strainer. They are usually used for plumbing systems where liquid needs to be pumped from a lower level holding area, such as a water well.

Made of stainless steel 304/316 for resistance to corrosion and high temperatures

Investment casting offers unlimited freedom in design and material choices. Typical applications can be found in the automotive, pump and food industry, architecture, and general industrial engineering
