Equipment introduction
In addition to being used in the beer industry, pasteurization is also used in preservation of milk, yogurt, fruit juice, tea beverages, wine, ice cream, soy milk, milk beverages, jams, sauces and other products. This machine is made according to the principle of pasteurization. The whole machine adopts SUS304, and the temperature can be automatically adjusted within 98 degrees. It is an ideal equipment for sterilization in the vegetable and food processing industry.
In simple terms, the principle of pasteurization is to heat the target to the most suitable temperature, or put the target into the sterilization water of the most suitable temperature for a certain period of time to achieve the purpose of sterilization.
In the food, beverage, pharmaceutical and other industries, water bath sterilization is required for packaged products. The packaged products are placed on the adjustable speed stainless steel conveyor , and enter into the sterilization box in sequence under the action of the conveyor belt. After being sterilized by the certain high temperature water, the conveyor belt takes the target into the cooling box for balanced cooling to achieve the product sterilization requirements.

Process flow
Sterilization-cooling-cleaning-drying, can be equipped with a sterilization curve recorder to monitor the production process, to achieve automatic, efficient, safe and hygienic production purposes.
