We always strive to solve problems for customers, improve product quality.
1.What if the machine breaks down within a year?
We have two ways to solve this problem:
1) Telephone guidance to confirm problems.
2) We will shoot a video to show "how to solve a problem".All problems can be solved by video booting.
2. What if the PLC suddenly breaks down?
We use German brand PLC, is a relatively stable brand.If it does crash, we usually:
1) Customers are advised to buy more than one storage device.Computer we also upload the program.
2) In case of failure, replace the new one or the broken one and send it back to us. We will rebuild the system and send it back to you.
3. What is the difference between cooking and autoclaving?
Both words refer to the process of disinfecting a given object.These items could be medical equipment, sealed food containers, or anything else.So there's no difference between these two terms.These are two different ways of saying the same thing.
4. Is it advisable to use evaporators instead of autoclaves in the microbiology laboratory?
The evaporator is a autoclave.The difference here is that our retorter can perform a variety of processes, namely water spraying,water soaking and steam-air, except for saturated steam, with or without horizontal or rotational stirring.
