The characteristics of ultrasonic welding generator:
1. High stability: All-digital integrated circuit, adopts imported high-performance anti-interference processor, at the same time reduces the number of components and simplifies the hardware structure, thereby improving the reliability of the system.
2. Frequency automatic tracking: Digital frequency synthesis technology combined with digital phase-locked loop frequency tracking composite control technology, can eliminate the disadvantages of temperature、static load、processing area、tool wear and other factors that are difficult to overcome by conventional analog regulators, which is conducive to parameter adjustment , Easy to modify through the program software, easy to adjust the control scheme and implement a variety of new control strategies.
3. Powerful output: The application of IGBT power module and the structure of other excited oscillation circuit make the output power more than 1.5 times of traditional self-excited circuit.
4. Intelligent six protection and fault alarm tips: output overcurrent, output overvoltage, input overcurrent, frequency sweep failure, overtemperature protection, and frequency sweep power is too high. If the equipment fails, the generator will immediately stop working and prompt the corresponding cause of the failure until the technician eliminates the failure.
5. Amplitude stepless adjustment: The amplitude can be increased or decreased instantaneously during the adjustment process, and can also be fine-tuned, effectively prevent perfect welding of large and small workpieces, and effectively reduce the phenomenon of shock, burns, and amplitude of defective products.
Interface of ultrasonic welding generator:
1. The frequency 00.00khz is the real-time tracking frequency display. When the transducer is connected, the machine will actively track the frequency from high frequency to low frequency until the frequency is tracked. The generator will track the frequency within the frequency range of 0.5KHz, and an alarm will be triggered beyond this frequency range. Please check whether the piezoelectric ceramics of the transducer are broken, whether the tool head has frequency or whether the tool head is damaged.
2. The voltage of 000.00v is the real-time voltage display.
3. Current 00.00a is real-time current display.
