This water filling line can produce pure water, mineral water, drinking water, soda water, flavored water, natural water, spring water, potable water, flavoured water, etc.This Machine can be applied to all kinds of plastic machine such as PET, PE. It has features of low buying cost, low water and electricity consumption and few space occupation into consideration at the beginning. At the same time it can perfectly complete the function of washing, filling and capping. It improves the sanitary conditions and simplifies the maintenance compared with the last generation water filling machine. Depending on the different packages, we can divide it into two categories: bottled mineral water
line(200ml-2000ml) and barreled mineral water line (1- 5 gallon water line).
The following are the main types of bottles we have been exposed to in the past, from the most common plastic bottles, gallon drums to glass bottles and cans, and we all have a successful complete solution.

Advantage & Technical Parameters
1. The mineral water filling machine adpots advanced human-machine interface control. High quality international name brand key components.
2. Suspension bottle neck catcher structure allows the machine to change the bottle type easily. By changing the valves, it also can be used for hot filling machine.
3. Spring type rinsing catcher can wash both inside and outside of the bottle.
4. High accuracy pressure water filling mechanism, ensure the height and quatity of the water filling level.
5. Magnetic powered cap device ensures tightness and prevents damage of the caps.
6. Quiet, rotary cap unscrambler will not damage caps. Photoelectric sensor detect missing caps thus eliminating uncapped bottle spillage.
7. Built-in safeguard mechanism which ensures the safety of operator and machines.
8. High efficiency air clean filter system ensures high sanitary requirements.
9. Low overall machine noise.
10. Self-lubricating system imported from America provides continuous smooth operation.

Complete water filling line includes:
1. Injection molding machine, the function is producing the preforms using PET raw material.
2. Blow molding machine(semiautomatic/automatic) the function of which is producing the PET bottles using preforms.
3. Water purification system, the function of which is purifying the raw water to drinking water.
4. Three in one filling machine, rinsing&filling&capping intergrated in one machine.
5. End-of-line system(semi-automatic/automatic), there are light checker, blow dryer, labeling machine, code printer, packing machine, etc.
