PPR Pipe Extrusion Line.
Production pipe diameter range 16-63mm 75-160mm
Using advanced European technology, based on years of experience in plastic machinery research and development and production, Xinrong has developed a PP-R pipe extrusion line with reasonable structure, high degree of automation for the entire line, and strong reliability.
Production pipe diameter range 16-63mm 75-160mm.Double cavities machine and single cavity machine for choice. Single layer machine and multi-layers machine for choice.

Vacuum tank is used to shape and cool pipe, so as to reach standard pipe size. Its shape is advanced foreign multilateral
anti-deformation structure. The cover is made of high quality casting aluminum alloy. Its inside is double-chamber structure. The
pipeline adopts the design of double loop pipeline, realizing non-stop pipeline clean and function of temperature control.
