Standard forward instrument adopt 9597-1989 ( cement Test Method-Mixer Standard denseness water dosage,concreting time test ), is fit for Portland cement, normal Portland cement, scoria Portland cement, coal powder Portland cement, pozzolan Portland cement and compound Portland cement.
* This apparatus used to determine the quantity of water required to produce a cement paste of standard
consistency.

* The apparatus consists of a metal frame with a sliding rod. An adjustable indicator moves over a graduated scale.
* The needle or plunger is attached to the bottom end of the rod to make up the test weight of 300 g.
* The Vicat testing apparatus is used to test the moisture content and setting time of standard cement paste, it is kind of common Cement testing equipment.
