Application
TYD vacuum oil filter machine is designed for purifying oils even with high water content.It can purify not only the used hydraulic oil, refrigerator oil, anti-wear hydraulic oil etc, but also used to dry virgine coconut oil, peanut oil, cooking oil, vegetable oil etc. You can choose machine material of common carbon steel or stainless steel according to the final oil usage and requirement.
As a vacuum oil dryer, it has been widely applied for further dewatering process in the coconut oil production line.

1. Adopts molecular demulsification, thin film evaporation.
2. High water content removal: quickly dehydrate oil that even contains water oil half and half.
3. Adopt the vacuum type dehydration system that needs not to be changed for the whole service life.
4. Strong water removal and demulsification capacity. Easily separate large mount of water and also remove micro amount of water from oil.
5.Special film evaporation and molecule evaporation technology enables quick demulsifying and make the turbid and emulsified oil clear.
6.The film evaporation and molecule evaporation technology is of lifetime service(above 20 years), which avoids the periodic demulsifying filter replacement and also reduces the cost of purification and work intensity.
7.With strong impurities removing capability, its automatic backwash filter element can remove large mount of impurities. Large area deep level precision filtration material can remove the granules from the oil, serving as displacement of oil system cleaning device.
8.High automation, small size, safe and reliable. The machine adopts infrared liquid level automatic control device to achieve the man-machine detachment, which makes the operation simpler and more reliable.
