Test purposes
The battery thermal shock tester is to simulate the battery placed in a high temperature box with natural convection or forced ventilation, heating up to the set test temperature at a certain heating rate and keeping it for a certain period of time, using a hot air circulation system to ensure uniform working temperature distribution.
Test method description
After the battery is fully charged in accordance with the specified test method, place the battery in the test box, and the test box will be heated at a temperature rise rate of (5±2)℃/min. When the temperature in the box reaches 130℃±2℃, the temperature will be kept constant, and For 30 minutes, the battery should not fire or explode.

If your machine doesn’t work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find
the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem,
we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.
3. What’s the delivery term?
At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery
time is 7-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider
making a special arrangement for you.
