Our Material
About the stone coating: Natural colorful sand made from crushed moorstone, non-toxic, odorless, and non-polluting. Finer to be adhere on steel board evenly without worrying fall off of sand. Through long time soaking test and resistance test by ultra low temperature to ultra high temperature.
About the steel sheet : PPGL steel sheet (called Al-Zn alloy coated steel sheet),offers exceptional strength and durability in the harshest climates. The aluminized galvanized steel sheet is made of 55% aluminum,43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon.And green color polyethylene film that covered on the steel plate provide better anti-corrosion and anti-rust performance for the sheet.
About the glue: Acrylic resin (eco-friendly water-based paint) can withstand low temperature below -20℃ and high temperature above 50℃ after SGS testing. Acrylic resin is not only the key material for bonding steel sheet and sand, but also form a protective layer on the surface of the sand, which can prevent rain water from leaking and prolong the life of sand color.
