Palm kernel is inside of palm nuts, fresh palm friut bunches after pressing, you will get crude palm oil and the mixture of fiber and palm nut, after separating palm nut and fiber, then sepaarte palm kernel and shell, you will get clean and unbroken palm kernels which can also be pressed oil. 1.Palm Kernel Crushing Machine: After crushing the palm nut, the shell and kernel weight is very close; To separate it is a very complicated process; We adopt professional palm kernel craker, Then use air separator system, through adjusting the transducer to control high pressure air speed and volume; so to seperate the shell from kernel very cleanly. The separation rate is above 90-95% and the production capacity is 2-3tph.
2.Cooking: after separating the shell, we usually use the cooker to adjust the moisture and temparature of the palm kernels, making it reach the best state for pressing.

3.Pressing: after cooking, we use the specially-designed palm kernel oil presser to press the oil out.

4.Oil clarification: using plate filter to remove impurities from palm kernel oil and get clean crude palm kernel oil.
After this, you can choose to sell the crude palm kernel oil or deep process it.
