The process flow of the sesame paste production line: raw material improvement-cleaning and removing impurities-drying-cooling-selection-coarse grinding-fine grinding-cooling-degassing-filling.
The main equipment of the tahini production line: baking oven, cooling belt, peeling machine, picking belt, coarse grinding machine, fine grinding, cooling kettle, conveyor, filling machine.
Sesame cleaning machine: remove dirt, gravel and other impurities contained in sesame.
Sesame dryer: remove excess water in sesame.
Cooling zone: Use the principle of the fan to extract the hot air to cool the roasted sesame.
Picking belt: picking unqualified sesame seeds.
Coarse grinder: Grind sesame for the first time.
Fine grinding: The coarsely ground sesame is further ground to further improve the processing fineness.
Cooler: Cool the ground tahini.
