Machine Details:
1. Rotating roaster: baking peanuts
2. Front machine with integrated machine: Concentrated conveying peanuts to cooling zone
3. Cooling belt: cooling the baked peanuts
4. Peanut peeling machine: remove the red skin of peanuts
5. Picking belt: manually picking moldy peanuts during the process of conveying materials
6. Grinding machine: coarse and fine combination grinding peanut butter
7. Paste pump: transport peanut butter
8. Stirring tank: peanut butter seasoning or additives
9. Vacuum tank: Use the vacuum to evacuate the air inside the peanut butter to increase the shelf life.
Requirements of Peanut Butter Production Factory:
1. not less than 120 square meters (you can set the direction of each single machine according to the specific size of the workshop)
2. The total power is about 65KW. The other consumption is mainly because the circulating water in the interlayer can be used for digging wells or configured with chillers.
3. It takes about 5-8 people to operate the labor.
