Filter Element Application:

The application range of hydraulic oil filter elements is very wide, covering almost all industries: Food and beverage industry,Seawater desalination treatment,Cooling water system,industrial water,reverse osmosis prefiltration,process water and wastewater treatment and other fileld.
Filter Element Features:
1. Large diameter of 6 inches/152mm, one end open, the filtering fluid flows from inside to outside, it can cause pollution by falling impurities after filtering
2. The deep folding structure and multi-layer filter membrane combination have higher filtration efficiency than traditional melt blown and wire wound filter elements. At the same time, the large diameter design of the filter element increases the effective filter area and can greatly extend the life of the filter element and reduce the number of filter elements. And reduce the size of the filter housing, saving costs
3. Suitable for filtration of various large-flow fluids: RO security filtration, seawater desalination filtration, cooling water filtration, chemical raw materials, beverages, biopharmaceuticals, solvents, water filtration
4. The filter element is produced, cleaned, tested and packaged in a clean room with a cleanliness of 10000.
