2>Surface process: hot-dipped galvanized ,electro-galvanized and spraying and soaking.
2. Specification
1>Shape of bearing bar: plain or serrated type.
2>Bearing Bar Pitch (center to center):according to client's requirement and 30, 40, 60mm are recommended,
3>Bearing Bar (Load Bar) Specifications (mm):The specification of plain type and serrated type bearing bar is 20 x 3 to 100 x 10;
4>Cross bar pitch :38.1, 40, 50, 60, 76, 80, 100, 101.6, 120mm, 2' ' & 4' ' etc

The products are widely used in steel structure platforms, stair treads, sidewalks, drainages and well covers etc. We can design and manufacture standard steel grating and in customer's requests.

5.Packaging and shipping
Galvanized steel grating is normally packed in the way with two pieces of square wood on both upper and bottom sides.there are four or six pieces M10 long bolt penetrating the gratings and screwing them together.it is suitable for loading and unloading by fork-lift. But we also packing our products on costumer’s requirement.
6. The installation
The galvanized steel grating manufactured by our company is easy to install,there are two ways to install.You can weld it directly or use Mounting clip to fix it,the installation of galvanized steel grating is very easy.
