Product Usage
DCS-15FB1 rice packing machine is used for scale & package rice, grain, sunflower seeds, peanuts into plastic or PP woven bags then sew or seal the bags.It is suitable for 2~15kg bags.
Packing capacity is 1.2~9 tons per hour,depending on the weight of one bag.
Product Features:
1.Three sensors, greatly improve stability and anti-interference ability provide high speed and high precision on weighing and packing. If 15kg/bag,600 bags can be packed per hour: if 1kg/bag, 1200bags can be packed per hour. The minimum division value is 2 grams only, the slight weighing error help you save cost.
2. PLC dual-core controller+weighing controller, colorful touch screen and intelligent adaptive, varieties of packing setting and bags quantity record function, provide you scientific and reasonable control.
3.Fully automatically sewing and string cutting, conveyor lifting and dropping, print inspection, qualified, grade and production date on the bags, all bring you convenient operation and perfect experience on production and management.
4. Production reports, including production quantity, production rate,etc. can be printed out as records. help to control your production plan.
