Product Usage
DT series middle speed bucket elevator is widely used for vertically lifting granular material (density is not more than 2 t/m3) in grain storage, rice mill, flour mill, fodder processing factory. The machine is featured with small volume, high capacity, power saving and stable operation. It's mainly used for paddy lifting in rice mill plant.

Working principle
The driving device drives the pulley to make the belt with plastic buckets do circular movement from head to tail.There is feeding inlet at tail and discharging outlet at head.Thus materials are fed from the bottom and discharged from the top.
The bucket filled with material goes to the head section, then the material is thrown out from the outlet under the action of centrifugal force.The empty bucket goes back to the tail section and filled with material at the inlet again,then lifted up to head section and do parabolic discharge movement for discharging. The cycle realizes the vertical transportation of materials.
