Jaw crusher is a crusher widely used in the world at present. It has the advantages of large crushing ratio, uniform product particle size, simple structure and convenient maintenance. It is divided into coarse crushing and fine crushing. The compressive strength of the crushed material is 320MPa. Working principle of jaw crusher:
Jaw crusher is mainly composed of frame, eccentric shaft, large belt pulley, flywheel, side guard plate, elbow plate, back seat of elbow plate, gap adjusting screw, return spring, fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate. The jaw crusher is of curved extrusion type. During operation, the motor drives the belt and pulley to move the moving jaw up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the moving jaw rises, the included angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw becomes larger, so as to push the moving jaw plate close to the fixed jaw plate. The materials are crushed multiple times through extrusion, rubbing and grinding between the two jaw plates; When the movable jaw goes down, the included angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes smaller, the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and spring, and the crushed materials are discharged freely through the discharge port at the lower part of the jaw cavity under the action of gravity. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the moving jaw makes periodic crushing and discharging to realize mass production.
Maintenance and use:
1. Feeding can be started only after the equipment operates normally.
2. The materials to be crushed shall be evenly added into the crushing chamber, and side feeding shall be avoided to prevent uneven load or sudden increase on one side.
3. Under normal working conditions, the bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 35 ℃. The temperature shall not exceed 70 ℃. Otherwise, it shall be stopped immediately to find out the cause and remove it.
4. Stop feeding before shutdown, and turn off the motor after the materials in the crushing chamber are emptied.
5. In case of shutdown due to material blockage in the crushing chamber during crushing, the motor shall be turned off immediately and can be started only after the material is removed.
6. Only when one end of the jaw plate is worn can it be turned around for use.
