This feed pellet production line is composed of crushing,mixing,lifting,granulating and cooling mechanism five main parts.
All the materials to be crushed are done by the crusher to be powder or particles under the continuous blow of the rotating plate and the rubbing and collision blow of the crushing chamber.The powder or particles will be blended by the mixer,then well mixed materials will be lifted to the pelletizer to become different sized pellets,while the fresh made pellets are hot with high temperature,the bucket conveyor will takes the hot pellets to the cooling machine to cool them to prepare for packing.
