The 30T/D rice mill machine is an advanced rice mill plant which has a capacity of processing rice minimum 30tons per day, It includes two kinds of elevators, single chain and double chain. Single chain is for raw paddy, and double chain for paddy separator. There are also cleaning machines to remove dust and stone from raw paddy, rice husker and polisher, grader and blowers. The rice huller with double rubber rollers to remove chaff from Paddy
Paddy separator will separate brown rice, paddy, and mixture of paddy and brown rice. Rice whitener mill brown rice into white rice. This rice whitener is designed with emery roll, high pressure blower and Bran collection device. Broken Rice Separator separates broken rice out from complete rice. There is also color sorter to separate different colored rice. The automatic packing machine will do efficient packaging work.
