Equipment introduction
1. Power：When the power button light is on, it means the instrument is on, and when the light is off, it means it’s off.
2. Measuring intra-key：When the measurement keys on both sides of the instrument are pressed at the same time, the instrument will start measuring.
3. Red light：When the red light is on, it means the sample measured by the instrument is NG
4. Yellow light：When the yellow light is on, it means the instrument has entered the standby state.
5. Blue light：When the blue light is on, it means that the sample measured by the instrument is OK.
Software function introduction
a.Initialization: The instrument moves to the origin of the grating ruler. After initialization, it is the position where measurement can be performed.
b. Calibration: To verify the accuracy of the instrument, you can enter the value of the standard gauge block in the pop-up window.
c. Tolerance setting: enter the standard value and upper and lower tolerances in the pop-up window
d. Product measurement: Place the product to be tested on the pressure plate of the equipment. There are three measurement methods:
①Click the "Measure" icon in the software;
②Press the "Enter" key on the keyboard;
③Press the measurement keys on both sides of the device at the same time;
e. Data export: click the "save report" icon in the software and save to the corresponding path;
f. All measurement steps are completed.
Steps for usage
1. Turn on the computer
2. Power on the instrument
3. Open the software
4. Initialize the instrument and return to the origin
5. Put the standard gauge block into the equipment for calibration
6. Start measuring.
Precautions
1. After the instrument is used, the surface of the equipment must be wiped clean.
2. The transmission mechanism of the instrument needs to be lubricated regularly.
3. If the paint surface of the equipment cover is dirty, you can use a neutral detergent and clean water to wipe it clean. Never use organic solvents to wipe the paint surface, otherwise the paint surface will lose its luster.
4. This equipment is a precision instrument and cannot be disassembled without authorization.
5. When the instrument is running, do not reach into the work surface, and do not cut off the power supply during measurement.
6. The instrument should be handled with care during transportation to prevent it from being damaged. Please place the device in accordance with the packaging, storage and transportation icons and signs, and use a closed container for transportation.
