HM-TP1530 is especially used for cutting metal materials.
It adopts double exchangeable working tables, rotary axis to cut round or square pipes and Japanese Yaskawa servo motor and Germany Neugart gear-rack as the drive, Japanese THK guide rail as the transmission. In addition, it is equipped with the Germany Neugart reducer.
First-class configuration combines with 5.5t weight machine body, which makes this machine run stably (max acceleration 2G) and cutting precision up to 0.03mm.

Designed to cut a variety of thin sheet metal, such as 0 -25 mm carbon/mild steel sheet, 0-20mm stainless steel sheet, also to cut aluminum alloy sheet, galvanized sheet, copper sheet, silicon steel, titanium alloy, and other metal materials. (The thickness and materials depend on different fiber laser powers).
◆ Worktable is milled by our own large CNC gantry milling machine, processed by 600℃ high temperature and 24 hours water cooling, which ensures the worktable is on the same level, so that laser beam optical path will be on the same level too. The deviation is within 0.01mm.
The more precise the laser beam optical path is, the more efficient and straight the laser cutting will be.
In China, only a few of manufacturers of laser cutters have their own large CNC milling machine. Each set is worth over $190,000. But we have two sets of this device.

◆ Max acceleration for this machine can be up to 2G! The acceleration is very important. It means how much time it takes from the low-speed cutting (cutting corner or turning point of a round or square) into high-speed cutting (linear cutting). Faster acceleration can ensure the machine cuts round or square very smoothly, almost without stop and shaking. So the cutting edge will be smooth.
◆ Top-Quality servo motors and gear-racks drive, top-quality rail transmission, high precision cutting.
◆ Strong machine body within cement injection is up to 6t weight. The solid and heavy-duty machine structure can make the machine not shake when it cuts metallic materials at a high speed. So there won't be raised grain on the surface of cutting edge.
◆High stability, IPG/Raycus/Maxphotonics fiber laser generator, stable performance and lifespan up to 100,000 hours, maintenance-free.
◆ Low maintenance cost, no need laser beam calibration, easy to operate.
◆The new partition automatic dust removal system is not used for traditional integrated air extraction, and has greater suction force. It can remove the exhaust gas and dust produced in the process of processing to the greatest extent.
