How to Operate Multi Cooker

①  Please dry the inner pot and heating tray well before use then put the inner pot inside the cooker properly, which is connected well with the heating tray. Otherwise, it will cause damage.

② The appliance has many functions. You may stew, steam, slow cook or even fry food using this versatile appliance.

③ Always start any cooking function at the lowest setting and gradually increase the temperature to suit the food being cooked. The temperature is completely variable and you are free to set it to the best setting for the desired cooking results.

④ Always put solid food into inner pot first before adding water or stock to avoid splashing. Use the lid to speed up the cooking process and to retain the flavor of the dish.

⑤ Always use the wooden spatula for stir frying or stirring so as not to damage the inner pot.

Cleaning and Maintenance

①  Always unplug the product from the wall socket prior to cleaning.

② Do not use the abrasive sponge, scouring pads or stiff brush to clean the appliance. The inner pot may be cleaned with mild soapy water using a sponge or soft cloth.

③ Occasionally wipe the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth.

④ Occasionally check that there are no objects in the interior parts. Remove them if found.

⑤ In an unlikely event of the appliance malfunctioning, it should be taken to the nearest authorized service centre.

Important Guidelines

①  This multi cooker is intended for indoor, non-commercial, non-industrial, household use only. 

      Do not use for outdoors.

②  Do not use the inner pot on direct heat source such as on stove or ovens.

③  Point the steam vents of the lid away from electrical outlets. 

      Exercise care when opening the lid as steam moisture on the lid may flow down on hand or other parts of your body.

④  To protect against fire, electric shock and injury, do not immerse cord, plug or appliance in water or other liquid.

⑤  Use only original accessories supplied.

⑥  Educate young children about the danger and safety rules associated with operating electrical equipment.

⑦  Never let young children use electrical equipment without adult supervision.

⑧  The current voltage which indicates on the plate must correspond to your local voltage.

⑨  Always unplug the product from the wall socket when it is not in use.

⑩  Do not unplug the product from the wall socket with a wet hand.
