Press Locked Bar Grating Description
Press Lock Grating is also called Press Locked Bar Grating or plug-in steel grating. It is a kind of steel grating with high load-bearing capacity. Press Lock Grating is made of ordinary flat steel of a certain size and different materials as the beam, which is made by slotting (hole), plugging, welding, finishing and other processes.
Press Locked Bar Grating has firm solder joints, uniform hole spacing, smooth mesh surface, beautiful and practical design.

Common press-locked grating
After cutting the load-bearing flat steel, the cross-bar flat steel is pressure-locked and formed. Generally speaking, the maximum processing height of ordinary steel grating is 100mm. The length of steel grating is usually less than 2000mm.
Integral steel grating
The bearing bar and cross bar of the integral press-locked steel grating have the same height and the groove depth is 1/2 of the bearing bar. The height of the steel grating is not more than 100mm. The length of steel grating is usually less than 2000mm.
Louver press-locked steel grating
The bearing bar of louver press-locked steel grating has a 30° or 45° chute when flat steel grooved and pressed and locked. We can deliver gratings with different spacing and specifications according to different needs. The height of the grid plate is less than 100mm.
