Electronic Double Seam Projector is a dedicated instrument for three-rate measurement of a can seam structure.
Measurement of Dimensions of Can Seam Structure: seam width W; seam thickness T; body hook length BH; cover hook length CH;countersink depth C; overlap length OL; overlap length percent OL%; cover hook butting CB%; body hook butting BB%; Tightness Rate TR%; juncture cover hook integrity JR%, among which the OL%,CB%,BB%,TR% and JR% are calculated by the computer automatically. The measured data will be entered into the table and marked by the side of the image synchronously. The computer identifies automatically if the measured result is in conformity with the criterion. Storage. Output. Mathematical analysis. The program CD and softdog are supplied, which not only facilitate maintenance of the program, but is beneficial to enhancement of keeping confidential of the data as well. Metric and English unit system conversion can be accomplished; in addition, the English edition operating program can be supplied upon request of the client.
