Automatic Sleeve Wrapper
Automatic sleeve wrapper is mostly use for collective packaging. It is suitable for a wide range of products, can be use for packaging boxes, cans, jars, medicines, glass or plastic bottles product. Machines have multiple function and products can be packed individually or collectively. Product is packaged in a clean appearance without loose, able to meet the transportation needs. Machines can operate independently, or forming an automatic production line.
1.STF-5030AE+STS-5030E is fit for a wide range of shrink wrapping with single or multi-rows boxes. The automatic alignment greatly improves the production efficiency. After packaging the items have a compact and neat appearance which ensures the items’ quality and integrity of convenience transportation
2.STS-5030AE adopts international advanced manufacturing technology which mainly designs for small boxes wrapping of different lines
3.The machine can be automatically routed to complete a combination of single or multi rows packaging according to production requirements without separate molds
4.The usage of PLC and touch screen to achieve the integration of mechanism, electricity and pneumatic
5.Different types of packaging can be selected on the touch screen, while the production volume can be counted;
6.A specially designed blade makes sure solid sealing line, no cracking and anti-stick
7.The feeding part uses belt conveyor which is fast and smooth; as required to increase the color film positioning system
8.Using imported photo sensor to make accurate positioning of various setting
9.STS-5030E using imported double air circulation motors, so that the hot air in the oven can spread more evenly to get a good shrink effect
10.Anti-high temperature Teflon mesh conveyor is durable and keeps stable feeding
11.The use of French Schneider frequency inverter controls transmission speed which has the function of infinitive speed
12.Suitable for daily necessities, health care products, stationery and other collections of shrink wrapping, tobacco packaging, various other shapes multi-layer or multi-row packaging shrink wrapping machine in China
