Small Scale Water Bottle Film Shrink Wrap Machine
The shrink packaging machine is suitable for large-volume automatic shrink packaging of cans, glass bottles, bottles of wine, mineral water, etc. It can also be used in wood, steel, ceramics, household appliances, computers and other industries. Designed for shrinkage packaging of PE film for large and heavy objects, the conveyor belt can be designed as a roller type, Teflon mesh or stainless steel conveyor net according to customer requirements. The large shrink packaging can also be completely shrunk in a short time. After packaging, the shape is neat, compact, easy to palletize, guarantee the quality of the product and the need for long-distance transportation. It is suitable for various shrink packaging such as PE, PVC and POF. material. The upper and lower side seals are equipped with stainless steel electric heating tubes, which have fast heating speed and long service life. The upper and lower air transport system and the super large air volume cooling system are designed to quickly cool and shape the product after heat shrinkage, ensuring a perfect packaging effect at one time.
Easy to operate. It takes only 2 to 3 minutes to replace a product of different specifications. Moreover, the automatic feeding device can be designed according to different bottle types.
