The function of the oil return filter is to capture the pollutants generated or invaded in the system before returning to the oil tank. Therefore, it is the most effective and important filter to control the pollution concentration of the system.
1. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet is ≥0.05MPa, the filter device should be stopped, and the magnetic block of the filter element should be taken out for cleaning;
2. During the operation of the oil return filter, do not rotate the reversing valve at will;
3. When the filtering accuracy is not up to the requirements, stop the filtering device and replace the filter screen.
