Description
PE 110-600/655-1380 Protective Jacket Pipe/Shell pipe Extrusion Line developed by Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co.Ltd. is high-efficiency equipment with higher speed and lower energy cost. With the extensive modular range of barrel sections and screw components, this jacket pipe extrusion line is a cost-effective, lower energy, and high-efficient solution for extruding PU insulation jacket pipe. The extruders' L/D ratio of 33 and high throughput from 250kg/h up to 1200kg/h with a screw speed of up to 90rpm makes it a useful bestseller.
Automatic control system gives the PE 110-600/655-1380 Jacket Pipe Extrusion Line the merit of easier operation with only 2-3 operators needed and long service life.
Applications
For manufacturing PU insulation jacket pipes (as is shown below) with diameters ranging 110-600mm and 655-1380mm (customizable), which can be used in district heating and oil& natural gas supply and other industrial applications.
