Product info:
The washer can prevent the track bolt from shifting or getting loose through the intense vibrations caused by a passing train. Once the lock washer can engage the bolt, the bolt is then kept from slipping or twisting loose. This is the most common method for fastening a rail track for the rail fastening system.
Our reinforced double spring washers can be supplied with different finish, such as bright, zinc plated and black. And they are manufactured using high graded raw materials satisfying all the quality standard,like ASTM , UIC,DIN ,NF EN 10089、AREA、BS873-4、AS1085.18 standard.

Q: Are you manufacturer or trader?
A:We are manufacturer and trader, company located in Kunshan ,Jiangsu Province, China, about 2 hours take taxi from Shanghai airport.
Q: Do you provide samples?
A:Yes, we offer sample for approval before each order.
Q: What's your payment term?
A: 30% deposit by T/T , balance against B/L copy, Payment term is negotiable based on different order products and quantity.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally 20-30 working days after receiving deposit or the original L/C. Could be re-schedule under really urgent case.
Q:Can we visit your factory?
A:Of course, you're warmly welcomed. Once we have your schedule, we can arrange everything in advance.
