Plate rotating constant acceleration test system
KCT30 series plate rotating constant acceleration test system is used to determine whether the structural adaptability and performance are in good condition or not when the components and parts, devices and other electric and electronic products are subjected to the force (gravity is not included) given by steady-state acceleration (also called constant acceleration) environment, to evaluate the structural integrity of some components, and to check the electrical parameters of test specimen in the constant acceleration environment.
Functions and features:
◆ Advanced control system: full-automatic computer remote real-time control interface, the operator only needs to input a simple value to start the device and accurately complete the acceleration test;
◆ User-friendly display interface: the control interface can display test curve, tolerance and test time in real time;
◆A powerful multi-acceleration continuous test system: multi-stage acceleration continuous test can be realized according to the different requirements of the test sample;
◆ Reliable protection measures: provide open circuit, over limit and over speed protection;
◆ Multiple control methods: The device can still be manually controlled to complete the test without automatic control or automatic control failure;
◆ Convenient and quick result output system: After the test is over, the test report is automatically generated and printed out.
