Drop tester for small products
KCT41 series drop tester for small products applies to the free drop test of mobile phones (cellphones), interphones, electronic dictionaries, speakerphones in the building, small consumer electronic products such as CD/MD/MP3, and parts. It is used when the above-mentioned electronic products are subjected to vertical drop strike during transportation and handling operations, collect data by doing standard tests (face drop test, angle drop test, edge drop test, etc.) on electronic products such as mobile phones, to provide a design basis for the buffer vibration absorption design of product and the selection of structural materials. The product can drop with or without its package, to evaluate impact resistance strength which product suffers from falling or damage condition when dropped in the progress of carrying, to assess impact resistance strength during transport handling, so it is an indispensable test method to improve the products into high quality fields, which is suitable for electronic products to research, develop, manage quality, manufacture and other aspects.

Functions and features:
◆ Upper and lower displacement limits, for safety and reliability;
◆ The lifting height can be adjusted to any value, to meet different needs of users;
◆ It can fix the specimen in any degree to do a drop test.
◆The tester only needs to be placed on a flat marble or concrete floor for installation, without any special foundation or additional complicated operation or installation.
◆Remote control can be realized to ensure the safety of operators (customized function);
